More Control in Changing Your Payoff
Tables -
Bonus Flush allows you to define a special payoff for Royals, Straight
Flushes, and Flushes, either individually or collectively, based upon the
suit of the cards. Nevada Bonus lets you define special payoffs for
different 3 of a kinds. ACE$ allows special payoffs for 4 aces in sequence.
Other games allow you a new degree of setting up a kicker.
Three Degrees of Charts -
Most other software only offer you a listing of the 32 possible plays on a
hand ranked relative to return. They consider this a very loosely termed
'strategy', but it offers no insight on why one play may be better than
another play. While Wolf Video Poker
also has this, it also can generate up to 3 different levels of strategy
charts.
- A Basic Strategy chart is a simple
ordering of hands from the best play to the worst.
- An Intermediate Chart expands upon the
Basic Strategy by expanding the straight definitions for a deeper
resolution of the plays and therefore the return.
- Penalty Charts are tree-like charts
based upon Basic Strategy that expand to define penalty plays relative to
the Basic play. All penalty plays are defined.
To be honest, most experts agree that the Basic Charts are sufficient
for playing most games, as the other two charts may not offer significant
contributions to your return (and Wolf Video Poker is able to
accurately analyze any chart for a return). With this new information,
however, you are able to see at a glance the differences that these strategies have on the return, and
then you can decide for yourself whether it is worth it to learn the extra rules and penalty situations.
If you are a Chart Tweaker, you
can now add plays that did not exist in the native chart. You
will also be able to share your work with your friends by using the new
Export / Import
utility.
The totally revamped Computer
Simulation (used to help determine bankroll and volatility) now
allows multiple sessions that you can review collectively or individually.
(Up to 100 sessions of up to 100 million hands each!) Also, besides playing a certain # of hands, you can choose to play till 0
credits, or till a level of credits is achieved. There are also multiple
Random Number Generators that you can pick from
for your long-term analysis, and the choice to reseed or not before each session. Instead of just a "percent done" indicator, you can now watch the graph update your highs and lows with your choice of either credits, cash,
or cash plus comps plus cashback. Session and overall total progress bars as well as an estimated time countdown timer tell you how long your computer simulation will take so you can leave the computer and come back when its done. When its time to review your computer play, all the highs and lows of each session as well as your overall results
are displayed and can be printed out.
The Bankroll Window has been
expanded to include Risk of Ruin and a
Standard Deviation Chart, as well as SD numbers that tell you just how many hands you may have to play to reach "the long-term", and how much money you may end up risking at various hand points.
An all-new Bankroll Assistant (Excel required) that offers even more information regarding your future bankroll swings with the game you choose.
Shuttle Chart - A small reference strategy chart that stays on screen with you while you play, so that you can
quickly identify and locate the best play on the chart.
Customizable Menu Speed Buttons allow you to quickly choose a menu option that you
frequently use with the single click of a button.
The
Print Chart Wizard prints proportionately as well as to fit the page,
and you can define
row heights and fonts, and delete, add, edit, and color rows.
Almost all Windows Stretch to Full Screen.
Totally
compatible with Vista.
